How we store your information:
Your information is securely stored on an encrypted computer in our office and on an encrypted back up drive.
If we carry out any work on your behalf and send you an invoice we will keep your personal data for 5 years.
We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our records and from any back up storage.
All other data will be deleted after four months in the same manner.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of the personal information that we hold about you.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
